Return issues

Returning items must be in original package and unused within 30 days of original purchase date. Returns will not be approved if the product has been installed, applied adhesive tape. The international shipping fee needs the customer to take, and a tracking number must be provided. We will tell you instructions on how and where to send back.

Fitment issues

Please provide some photos of unfitness so as to check further. You can get a refund or right replacement. We're pleased to free provide the right replacement if you can give us an opportunity to rectify this issue. If the replacement still cannot work, refund will be done in no time. 

Damages and issues

Inspect your goods upon receipt. If damaged or not as customized, take photos and contact us immediately. We will gladly offer you a replacement steering wheel wrap after inspection.

Change of Mind

All our products are made to individual specifications, unique to each customer. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns due to a change of mind as it cannot be resold to others. 

Exchanges

Again all our products are made to individual specifications and are unique to each customer. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges. Therefore, please carefully select your preferred materials&colors and accurately enter your vehicle details, including model, year, paddle shifter information and a clear picture of your steering wheel.

Refund

If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that processing times may vary with your bank or credit card company.
